The community is strewn ideals and potential currently. It lacks land, residence, and funding. Plenty of intellectual individuals exist that are able to see the negativities in modern society and are properly motivated to change things. Some of the issues needing to be reformed are environmental, law enforcement related, and educational... Others are simple structural flaws.
The Community is a project to unite intellectually creative individuals in an effort to aquire, build, create, and evolve modern communal and daily life in a self sufficient manner.

Basically saying that the community is a serious hobby (not a chore or task) to bring together peoples of all backgrounds, experiences, locations, and genetic combinations to try to get land, to build self-sufficient dwellings, create an efficient community and evolve it's earth friendly technologies and the ways of life for the inhabitants.

None of this is possible without discussion and ideal building.
I, myself, have a lot of potential ideals, but they are my ideals, and reflect the problems that I may percieve.
True success lies in median, and the median is not my opinion, and not others' opinions, but a combination of both.
Thus, this site is to collect ideals to 'get the ball rolling.'
